   One click to cancel. No "are you sure" gauntlet. No retention discount popups. No exit surveys you have to fill in. If WFD isn't for you, the door is right where you'd expect it.

   Trap you on annual billing.

   Monthly only at launch. If we add annual later, it will never be the only option, never the default, and never carry a penalty for the household that needs month-to-month flexibility.

3. 03

   Charge more for "premium" features.

   There is one plan: $10 a month. It is the whole product. There is no premium tier.
